• The support of Translatepress is very irresponsive and uncooperative. I bought their premium plan of $199 and start translating the website but some pages are crashed and also I can’t translate some products and then I opened a support ticket they reply to me after 3 days it was just a two to three lines reply of simple steps that can’t solve my websites issues.
    I don’t recommend this plugin because if your website have an issue with this plugin they do not help you in this case.

    overall very bad experience with their support ??

    Here at TranslatePress, we always try to help the client and offer solutions as soon as possible but sometimes it may take longer due to the difficulty of the problem or the congestion that the development team is facing.
    We are committed to this product being one of our best. We are constantly releasing updates and since it has so many users, we are certainly not thinking about abandoning it.

    I’ve been looking in our tickets history but didn’t find yours. Could you give me more details about what didn’t work? These insides will help us to find the conversation, see what we could have done better, and improve the customer experience with our support and the way in which our plugin works.
    Also, we don’t work during weekends, so if the ticket was opened at the end of a week, an answer should not be expected earlier than next Monday.

    If you did report a bug, you need to know that it will be fixed in one of the future versions of the plugin.

    You are right @inaytullah , Support is very bad, I have an issue in on the widget are not showing when I switch languages, the support team told me to exclude the element, then it will appear on the translation page,

    Then again I asked how I can translate the missing string, they told me I can’t because I skipped translation ??

    I don’t know why they have created the plugin If can’t translate the missing string.

    I’m going to give it 1 star.
