Very bad support

I’ve bought a licence for a plugin that has many issues.
After 3 months of opened tickets , they couldn’t find the solution so instead, the offer a refund.
This plugin costs more than 100usd, this is completed bullshit. I have never seen such a bad support.
One advice : don’t buy it and don’t loose your time.
