    Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with feedback.

    OceanWP will always provide support for all users, which is exactly what we’re doing (you can browse through the forum for confirmation). However, that’s not always possible in a timely manner as explained in the forum introduction.

    There is only one problem though – apart from this review, you have never posted a single topic on the forum – therefore we’re unable to understand when exactly did you not receive support from us.

    Since we believe that users would not engage in untruthful reviews, we would appreciate if you could provide us with links to the threads you have posted yourself so that we can revise them.
