Problems with Pro Version

  • Good Plugin, but can’t install Pro Version – no documentation to install Pro-Version!!!

    Not possible to register in the support forum !

    Doesn’t work on Safari!

    SQL-Entries are not deleted by deleting plugin!!

    EDIT:

    Change form 3 Stars to 5 Stars, because of the perfect and fast service from the guys of 2glux.

    All problems solved within 2 hours…

    The plugin works perfect now.

    1. To install PRO version you just need to uninstall free version, and install PRO. That is it.

    2. What is the problem you can nor register in the support forum? There are more that 20 new registered users on the forum every day, and nobody said about problems during registration. Also there is Contact Us button on project site, you could write me about problems.

    3. It tested many times in all browsers, there are no known issues in Safari.

    4. This plugin has no tables in database.

    If I uninstall old Version and reinstall new version, there are the same setting like in the old version – where are they saved?

    That is default settings table in database. Yes, you are true, this plugin do not clear settings records when uninstalled. If this makes inconvenience, I will add that functionality.
