    Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback.

    “every problem you will have it will be other plug-ins “problems”” – We are really not into the switching blame business, and we believe users on this forum and our clients can testify to that. We perfectly understand why our users reach out to everything to us and we’re grateful for their trust. And while we do our best to steer them into the right direction or resolve the issue if we’re familiar with it, sometimes the best solution can only be provided by the hosting provider or third-party plugin developer.

    Of course, mistakes are possible, we’re humans. Sometimes the browser inspector can read code source improperly, especially if a user is using a caching plugin, sometimes there are other difficulties or problems. That’s were we come to the next part “…even tho its inside the theme code lol”. The particular code you asked about did not come up in the code search. After you and a two more users before you insisted on the error, we were going through the codes manually and have indeed found out it was coming from our end. The error in question has already been resolved after you have posted the thread, but we’re unsure if you had a chance to check it out.

    Since you have been using the theme since 2016 and this is the first time you needed to start a thread, we believe that speaks about the quality enough. It’s also fine if you disagree with that. You can always post suggestions on how and what to improve, even using our feature request form: https://oceanwp.org/feature-requests/

    We believe we’re doing our best, and it’s important to us to learn from mistakes. We also completely understand if you or anyone else disagrees with that. We are aware we will never be able to help everyone or make everyone happy, and that’s perfectly fine. But we’ll still do our best to make it happen.
