• Doesn’t work. When backing up it asks me for my FTP codes, which I provided, and then nothing happens, it keeps loading something that never comes.

    This is a single backup plugin on WordPress,
    who provide FULLY FREE plugin

    Dropbox backup and restore plugin ask for FTP, if your website (not this plugin!) have some troubles. Providing of these FTP data is not obligatory, but if you do this, – our support staff will check your backup process and you will recive a feedback about results. It can take a while and some patience from you.
    In most cases (99%), you have a reason description of your problem in the window, where you’ve provided your FTP data.

    Hi @backup-dropbox Let me make this official. Ish. Sorta. We don’t really do official here. And I’m just another volunteer support moderator.

    Please do not ever request access to anyone’s WordPress installation. That’s going too far and absolutely no one should be following your plugin’s advice and granting you that access.

    Granting that access to a nameless individual is the Internet equivalent of giving strangers the keys to your house and permitting them to go into your house while you are away. That would be insane, right? It’s the same when you give someone access to your site that way.

    Could you please stop making that request?

    I’ve posted a review of your plugin myself and I would appreciate if you take sometime and consider replying to my points.
