• It’s been more than 2 months ago that we contacted the support regarding the major flaws in their Search widget. Till date the ticket/thread is open with the issue unresolved. All that they would say is, that they couldn’t find where exactly the problem is. 1 Star is more for this as that is the default lowest rating that should be given.

    We are really sorry to hear about it.

    Our core developer team properly investigated your website and they couldn’t find our “Search Widget” related issues. Might be a data-related issue from your website That’s why you couldn’t expect results using the search widget. Although, the search widget working properly on our side.

    Also, anybody doesn’t complain about the “Search Widget” this type of issue yet.

    So, I think you should properly check any data-related issues from your side.

    Thank you for your response. Could you please provide more details about the data-related issues you mentioned? Additionally, I’d appreciate clarification on which specific website you are referring to.

    Our support ticket remains open, and our developers have been diligently working with yours to resolve the issues we’ve encountered.

    In fact, we’ve provided a recorded video demonstrating the major flaws upon your request. If it would help, we are more than willing to share the video here as well.

    Given the differing responses from your developer team and your recent reply, it’s challenging for us to discern which information is accurate. Your clarification would greatly assist us in moving forward.

    Hello Sanumolu5,

    I have seen the video, and you used the Tutor LMS Pro plugin on your site. and then you entered some data on the post then you are trying to search as your need tags or category wise, but doesn’t search it.
    our core developer team also properly check the issue with our search widget. But they haven’t been able to find any issue with that.

    So, I think you should contact the Tutor LMS Pro support forum. Might be an issue from their side.
