Very attractive – hard to customise

I had a look at this a few months ago, and decided to take another look. As another reviewer said, this is a hard theme to customise. There are no theme options and no custom CSS panel in the dashboard. You can install a plugin though.

Other than that, you’re looking at working with the templates, so you really need to make a child theme.

The theme is not without problems. There is at least one, and possibly two bugs. One relates to the transparency of the sub-menus, which is easily fixed via CSS. The author knows about it.

The other (if it’s a bug) relates to the rollover action of images using the plugin Responsive Gallery Grid. Instead of overlaying surrounding images (and the container edge), they underlay them. Most other themes I’ve tried with this plugin work properly so I think it’s theme-related.

Having said all that, I still think that this is one of the more attractive free themes I’ve come across and I hope the author comes back and gives this the update it deserves.
