• When I click to add a new post from the dashboard, the title of the post appears as a single column of vertical text (although once published, or when I switch to the Elementor editing page, it reverts to horizontal). This is not the same as the vertical text in the dashboard, which appears to be a common problem and has been answered many times on this forum, and I can’t see anywhere where a solution to this may have been posted. Thanks for any help to get the title to appear horizontally.

  • Hello @jpaddle,

I hope things are going well for you.

It seems that the formatting of the titles for your published posts in the Dashboard may be influenced by certain plugins, such as SEO plugins. To address this, you might want to take a look at the columns displayed on your published post page. You can easily uncheck any optional or unnecessary columns by accessing the ‘Screen Options’, as illustrated here: https://monosnap.com/file/G0cs6vQFtcRIsjacnxdRCkQ5QmHxk7 or follow this video tutorial :- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2nRFDgD-rA&ab_channel=BroExperts.

Let us know how it goes for you.

    Thanks & Kind Regards,

    Hi Imran,

Thanks for your reply. I’m afraid that doesn’t work – unblocking options only reduces the number of columns on the main post page, but does not stop the title of the post I am trying to write from appearing vertically. For clarity, that is the screen that appears after I have clicked to add a new post.

    Best regards, Jonathan
