Vertical Spacing in Sidebar Widget

Thank you for this nifty plugin—it works perfectly for my pages:

Then I tried using it in the sidebar with a widget that supports text formatting. As you can see, the toggle headings are spaced too far apart.
When I tried to fix it, the spacing in the main body changed too. Is there a way to isolate the sidebar styling?
