    Hi,

The vertical scroll has hidden after update version to 3.21.4. I found out the cause of hiding widget is because of ‘premium-vscroll-dots-hide’ class, is there anyway to take off this class? I had used this widget since last year.

    Thank you.

    Hi @junyewgempakstarz

    Hope you’re having a great day ??

Actually, “premium-vscroll-dots-hide” was added a long time ago. This class is removed from the JS code, so it should not make a conflict.

I’ve checked your page, found a console error coming from Page Scroll to ID plugin. So, could you please check after deactivating all the plugin except Elementor and Premium Addons so can make sure if the issue is coming from a conflict with one of the installed plugins.

Here’s a screenshot for more clarification.

    Hi,

I tried to disable as many plugins until it left elementor and premium addons, and use menu anchor for section ID yet the widget still hidden. The webpage has updated to situation above.

    Thank you.

    Hi @junyewgempakstarz

Hope everything is going fine with you today ??

From my end, it seems the widget is not reading from any sections in the page, so could you please provide a screenshot from the widget settings and just make sure you’re using sections/templates that exist on your page?

    Hi,

    menu anchor
    widget placement- far right
    vscroll setup
    vscroll setup 2
    vscroll setup 3

I found out that if can’t see the widget, a few reload might make it reappear which make it inconsistent, and it change the class to .premium-vscroll-dots:not(.premium-vscroll-dots-hide).

    Thank you.

    Hi @junyewgempakstarz,

Hope everything is going fine with you today ??

I’ve checked the screenshot and I noticed that you’re using Menu Anochor ID as Section ID field, which is not readable by Vertical Scroll Widget. Simply, All you need to remove the Menu Anchor widget and assign the ID to the sections from section -> Advanced tab -> CSS ID filed.

Here’s a screenshot for more clarification.

    Hi,

    conflicting class
    without menu anchor

I had taken out the menu anchor and apply section ID into widget, but the class that hides widget still overwrite normal class.(Screenshot above for conflicting class). The section itself is work without menu anchor though.

    Thank you for helping.

    Hi @junyewgempakstarz

Hope you’re doing great today ??

I’m not sure what can cause such thing, because class “premium-vscroll-dots-hide” was added to hide the navigation dots and page load and once you start scrolling through the vertical scroll widget, it should be removed.

Well, we would be more than glad to help, but we will need to check the page settings as I suspect there’s a conflict between Premium Vertical Scroll widget and one of the elements on your page, so could you just please send a message on our website so the team can check what is actually going there.
