vertical scroll bar being disabled

    The vertical scroll bar is being disabled as the page is loaded. While rendering, the scroll bar shows, and then is hidden once the page has completed loading; this occurs on any of the browsers (firefox, bing) I’ve tested on. All other pages on this site retain the vertical scroll bar. I’ve done significant web searching before posting my question, with no success. Any help is appreciated.

  • This is caused by the “Popup Maker” plugin. This provides a style that hides the scrollbar and makes scrolling impossible. Of course, this should only happen when a popup is open, which is why I assume that the plugin is malfunctioning.

    Thank you, threadi!!!! That was it. I disabled the popup on that screen (I left Popup Maker active yet, tho, to see if I could), and the scroll bar reappeared. I would have never figured that out.

    Thanks again. All is good, although I no longer have my popup window on the page. I’ll contact Support to determine my next steps.
