    Hello @marlenandrea,

It doesn’t look that this issue was addressed, but I send message to our developer to get his feedback. I will update thread as soon as I will get more info.

    kind regards,

    Hello marlenandrea,

I spoke with plugin developer and it should be working – it grabs needed info from exif data of image. If this is not working for you its possible that maybe you removed that data from images (that is possible with some optimization plugins).

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hi Kasia,

You are right, it shows in the right direction on the feed, with the latest update. But, when you click on the image to enlarge it, it is shown sideways. Do you think the developer has a solution for this?

    Thank you for you help,

    -Andrea

    Hello marlenandrea,

I’m extremely sorry for such delay here – I missed your answer ??

I tested on my site this issue and I was able to replicate it – in activity stream image is correct, but when opening its still rotated.
Well, that doesn’t look good – I’ll report it to developer and we will see what he says, if this is something we can fix on our end. I’ll keep you posted.

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hello marlenandrea,

Update – I spoke with developer and thing is that our plugin does not touch original images size. It only re-orient thumbnail while scaling. So re-orientation of original size should be done manually. Sorry I don’t have better news for you.

    kind regards,
    Kasia
