vertical menu in sidebar ?

In the wordpress menu area, I have created my main menu, and two other secondary menus.

I would like to include these secondary menus within the sidebar of two specific pages(one for each), arranged vertically.

I have the “pages” widget which lets you add all pages to a vertical menu, the only way to be selective about pages is to list all the page ID numbers you want to leave out. I have 30+ page IDs… seems like there must be a way to take advantage of the built in custom menu creator, otherwise what is the point of making multiple menus?
