versions 3.2 and 3.2.1 no longer work on WPMU main website

The latest versions 3.2 and 3.2.1 no longer work on WPMU main website.
The version 3.1.2 is working without problems.I have the Pro version installed on WPMU with only one main website and without other plugins.
