Versions 3.9.0 and above do not display galleries and only show a message saying the gallery cannot be displayed. Tried 3.9.0, 3.9.1 and even the 3.9.1.1 beta. None work correctly. 3.8.0 does display galleries correctly, but of course it still doesn’t play nice with SiteOrigin Page Builder pages.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Debug message
Notice: Undefined index: widget-0-0-0 in /[home_directories_removed]/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/widget/package.module.widget.php on line 238
    We cannot display this gallery

It appears that this may only affect pages built with SiteOrigin Page Builder. If a create an entirely new page and add a gallery, it actually display correctly.

@gr8nole does 3.9.2 resolve this issue for you?

    Thanks.

@mweichert, no. I ended up havng to stop using SiteOrigin Page builder and revert my pages back to basic editor to get galleries to work. Tested 3.9.2 with a SiteOrigin page though and it still does not display galleries. Still receive same “We cannot display this gallery” message.

I can confirm, only going back to 3.8 makes it function. I tried several times 3.9.1, beta 3.9.1 and 3.9.2.
They display the gallery but open the image as a file, as if there is no lightbox.

    Hi there ??

Apologies, it seems that we missed your response.

Could you please check if NextGEN Gallery version 3.11 resolve the issue for you? If not, please provide us with a full-screen uncropped screenshot in order to understand where the issue is located and provide you with guidance?

I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL here. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    Cheers ??

Yes, it finally works properly again, but it took so long to fix that I now user other options.
