    Hi, i have instal Versione 6.3.21 of Wordfence after setup i try to scan…but doesn’t work…why? before update all fine

    Can you do the following so we can get the information we need to help you?

    • Kill the existing scan if it is still running (link is under the start scan button)
    • Go to your options page
    • Set “Maximum execution time for each scan stage” to 20 on the options page
    • Save the options page
    • Go to the diagnostics tab on the tools page
    • Check the box to “Enable debugging mode”
    • Save the diagnostics page.
    • Start a new scan
    • Copy the last 20 lines or so of the activity log and paste them here

    is possible because the wp file are not in root but in a subfolder?

    For whatever reason, something there is killing the scans as soon as they start. Are you running a litespeed server? Can you ask your hosting provider if a process killing service is terminating the scan prematurely.

    i have some website on this server and i have not problem. Work fine. Is possible because the wp file are not in root but in a subfolder?
