Translation looks good to me but I do not know how to approve translation. I do not know also how to upload them to the plug ??

The translations from GlotPress aren’t uploaded to the plugin.. they are fetched remotely and much better than local translation in that regard. Not sure how to approve though.. (the system is relatively new)
