Version numbers in file names

    Please remove the version numbers from the file names!
    After an update, Google robots creates tons of 404’s because it cannot find the file/script with the version number contained in the filename…

  • Hi, I see your point and will consider your request for a future release.

    I wonder however: why would Google be browsing files that are no longer referenced on your source code? Are you using a cache without expiration maybe?
