Version number in style.css and functions.php

  • In functions.php the version number is given as 2.2.0

    define( 'HELLO_ELEMENTOR_VERSION', '2.2.0' );

    but in style.css the version number is given as 2.3.0

    Version: 2.3.0

    Should they match and does it make any difference?
