Version mismatch in plugin

When I went to update a multisite running an older version of this plugin to the latest there were some major version mismatches in what WordPress was saying was the current version I had installed vs what is the latest. It looks like it is bumping up the major number somehow. So that the latest version of this plugin is 1.13.15, but WordPress is saying 2.13.15.
