Just to say that after the most recent update, version information is now no longer displayed in Posts. The information still exists in the records

    Many thanks

is your site open to the public if so I could have a look at the frontend to see what I can see.

For a number of reasons this section is not publicly visible but I can set up an account for you if you could please let me have your email address

Unfortunately no a can’t do that. Only if it’s puvlic. We will have to debug over this forum

No problem. I may very well clone the site and just leave one document for test purposes on a publicly available Documents area.

Just an update. Have now cloned the site and have just left one document for you to look at:

I just took a look… You are getting a generic 500 server error when you press the Version tab. Can you look into your apache server logs and see if there is more details on the error.

    Hi bhaldie

It would seem the issue was with the W3 Total Cache plugin. After updating to the latest version which has just been released and puged all caches, that which was lost has now been found again. Many thanks for your patience and advice in getting to the root of this problem. Has been a long but interesting journey

    Best wishes
