    Howdy!

    Installing Version: 7.2.5 breaks the site — get a bunch of timeout errors in the PHP error log:

    [21-Oct-2022 00:20:18 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded in —–/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2135
    [21-Oct-2022 00:28:38 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded in —–/public_html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 153

    I tried restoring from a backup and installed it again and got the same error.

    Running WordPress Version 6.0.3.

    Hello @laspangler,

    I checked the reported issue but was not able to replicate the errors during my tests. This might be cache-related so I would suggest you to purge all caching layers (Dynamic, Memcached) manually after the plugin installation and test again.

    If the error persists please share your website URL or open a support request from your SiteGround Client Area so we can check the case in more detail.

    Hi Dimo!

    Thanks for your reply.

    I couldn’t clear the cache as the site was totally unreachable.

    I contacted SiteGround customer support and y’all cleared the cache and increased the timeout but we still couldn’t reach the site. I had to restore from a backup.

    We are sorry to hear that you have had such problems with the latest plugin version. From what it appears there might have been some conflict with another plugin or your WordPress theme. This can only be confirmed by your developer that can analyze the modifications and pinpoint the exact issue that caused the errors.

    We have not received similar reports from other clients which would mean that the plugin version is not the culprit in this case.

    Should you need additional assistance from us, it is better to handle the communication over the ticket.
