I updated to this version this morning and received this error when in the google analyticator plugin settings

Fatal error: Class ‘Google_ServiceResource’ not found in /home/XXXXXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-analyticator/google-api-php-client/src/contrib/Google_AnalyticsService.php on line 25

Although before the upgrade the plugin was not updating correctly at least I could access settings etc. Now the dashboard is still showing but I have this error.

    Any suggestions?

    Cheers,
    Karen

Update: this seems to be a conflict with the Simple Calendar plugin which has also been updated (previously called Google Calendar Events). When that plugin is switched off then there isn’t an error with this one.

I also tried to re-install a previous copy of this plugin that I know worked but it doesn’t work with the updated Simple Calendar plugin.

I will post this issue against their plugin to see what is going on….

It also makes sense why no-one else had reported this issue on here yet.

    Cheers,
    Karen

I’m seeing the same thing. I may get rid of simple calendar but did you find any other fixes?

I think I went back to a previous copy of the simple calendar plugin but now I’ll look for a different plugin for google analytics since the cache always needs to be cleared manually before the dashboard shows the current data.

I really like this plugin but I need it to work and that cache issue has been around for months and as far as I know it isn’t fixed yet.

I use this plugin on several sites. Haven’t checked them all, but since the last update I am getting the same error on one of my client’s sites, and at least one other is working fine. I reinstalled the plugin a couple of times but continued to get the error, so reset it and that worked, but only in manual mode. The moment I authenticated it, there was the fatal error again. What to do?

Same issue with 6.4.9.7 and I do not use simple calendar!
