Version 6.2.1 not working

Hey Angelia, big thanks for your feedback! This is unusual, yes, especially since this is the first error report of this kind that we received.

What happend exactly — did the related posts not load at all or did they load incorrectly (incompletely)? Did the plugin settings appear normally? Which browser do you use?

I’m sorry for all these questions, but we’re really eager to find out what’s going on. We’d love to hear more & help you out, in order to avoid any future similar problems.

Hey thanks for getting back to me. My problem was when using the pinterest style that the related posts did not load correctly or the page would time out completely. I use Chrome and have never had a problem with this before.

Hey! Thanks for your valuable feedback, although we don’t have a clue what could be going on, since the difference between those two versions are practically none. But nonetheless — we’ll keep an open eye on this!

Also — have you tried our latest version (2.6.2)? Did that change anything or did the problem persist? Let us know!
