    Hi,

Today I have updated Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent to version 6.5.2

Since then I cannot edit WooCommerce products, I’m getting 500 Error. Disabling the plugin reverts full functionality of WooCoomerce product editing features.

    Hi @peterakuratny,

Could you go to site health, under Tools (WordPress menu) and hit the Copy site info to clipboard, and paste it here? https://snipboard.io/3uRpUL.jpg

And if you can, it would handy to know the request that failed. A 500 error is quite a general error, so we need to know a bit more.

My first guess would be background processes are running between the cookie scan, WooCommerce loading product data etc that might brought a memory issue.

If you can enable Complianz, and post the exact error that would be great.

Afterwards, please go to Complianz – Settings – Disable automatic cookie scan, refresh and try editing a product again.

During this, if you could have debugging enabled so we can have a debugging log as well, we can get close to resolving this.

    regards Aert
