Version 6.5.2 breaks calendar

  • I have a site that has not migrated to the new formatting. Up to and including version 6.5.1, it has worked the way it always has.

    Upon upgrading to 6.5.2, the current month looks and functions the same as always. However, if you click the arrow to go to the previous or next month, that month displays in V6 formatting and the forward, previous, and month-selection options do not work. You’re permanently stuck on the present month.

    After discovering this, I went ahead and performed the migration, but it did not make any difference. The current month was still in the old format, and the other months were in the new format but with non-operable navigation.

    I decided to Undo the migration and then manually installed 6.5.1.

    Glad to provide additional information. I’m guessing this is an edge case but would love to be able to update to a future 6.5.3 if possible.

  • You could try clearing the cache in your browser to see if that resolves the problem.

    Thank you for the reply. This issue was first noted by my client. Several users reported the same issue. Downgrading to 6.5.1 is what it took to fix it.

    I recognize it might be a conflict with another plugin and not directly related to the code updates in 6.5.2. But I was very confused to see a broken v6 layout on the previous/next months when I hadn’t opted into v6. If you have any insight that might aid me in troubleshooting that would be super.

    Hi, I’m having the same problem, I also tried the latest version (6.6.1). The current month view displays fine in all versions, but this is what happens when switching to the next month:

    Nothing has changed in the plugin configuration between updates. I had to revert to v6.5.1 and disable updates.
