  • Hey @gouv

    Yikes! That’s not good.
This definitely looks like some form of conflict.

Before you do anything, please make sure you have a staging site set up or at least make a full backup of your site in case things don’t go as planned.

    1. Try updating to the version we just released this week as it fixes many issues. Hopefully, it will fix this one too.
    2. If that doesn’t fix it, go through the complete testing for conflict procedure to find out if the issue comes from compatibility with another plugin or even your WordPress theme

Let us know what you find,
    Geoff

    Hey!

We had the same problem: we got an empty screen. I set debug on in WordPress and there was the error message. The problem was in another plugin. I removed that plugin and the form works now.

Here is a link to instructions to debug in WordPress:

If you are not on programmer, you can use Debugging Plugins, what are explained at the bottom of the previous article.

Hi @mattivaari, this is definitely helpful, thanks for taking the time and for sharing! We’re you able to pinpoint the specific plugin/theme that’s causing the issue here?

As for me, apparently it was not another plugin, the latest update to 6.0.4 solved the problem.
My workaround in the mean time was to re-work old events (just be careful to keep an eye on the event slug, it needs to be changed manually).

Hi @gouv, I see, by any chance, you could share the plugin that’s causing the conflict as well?

Thanks for sharing the workaround and that is a really helpful note there.

    Thank you,

Did you read my post? – no other plugin caused that hassle.
That would have been odd, because the change that caused EC to produce this error was it’s own update update to 6.0.3.1 – the rest of my installation had not changed.

Hi @gouv, yikes! Apologies I misread your message. Yes, we have had a couple of bugs in version 6.0.3 that should be fixed in the latest version 6.0.4, which you already did. Thanks for confirming as well.

    Best,
    Abz

Hi @gouv, I am curious if the latest version of the plugin fixes the issue you’re having here.

Let me know how it goes.
