    Hey Guys, after updating to 5.0.0 I am having issues and my site was broken which is why I had to revert back to the older version. The older version works fine in my site whereas the new site gives error. Website is https://teckalacarte.com/ and the issue it says is “Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, string given in /home/content/blablabla/12/1234567/html/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/frontend/class-frontend.php on line 46” please advise.

  • Same issues. Have deactivated the plugin until a fix is found;

    Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, string given in /home/blackbo1/public_html/website/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/frontend/class-frontend.php on line 46

    Same problem. I’m getting this since updating. I’ve disabled the plugin for now.

    Warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in /home/foobar/public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/frontend/class-frontend.php on line 46

    Getting similar error messages. Version 5.0.0 is buggy. Where is version 5.0.1 ?

    Don’t know if this is any help in solving the issues…

    Have updated to 5.01 and have the following “leftover” code appearing on 2 sites.
    ‘]);”>

    Here’s the source code where the weirdness is appearing – onclick tracking

    <div class="featured-image"><a href="https://aliburns.co.uk/2014/03/heres-common-wealth/" onclick="_gaq.push(['_trackEvent', 'outbound-article-', 'https://aliburns.co.uk/2014/03/heres-common-wealth/', '<img width="115" height="115" src="https://aliburns.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/baton-square-150x150.jpg" class="attachment-115x115 wp-post-image" alt="baton square" />']);">

    I don’t get any errors, but the new update heavily messed up my website’s layout. I have deactivated it for now.

    Just updated to 5.0.2 which has rolled out in the last few minutes and seems to have fixed the issue.

    The latest version that this plugin has is 5.0.2 and that seems the issue is resolved now, however the analytics that was added in this new update is not working well. First of all Thanks very much Joost for fixing this so quickly, but now the issue is when I click on settings nothing happens no clue what’s going on? Any body has the same issue or the solution to this? All the tabs in the settings menu General, Universal, Advanced, Debug mode nothing works. They show up as blank.

    Yep, it’s been fixed, thanks.

    5.0.5 is available now it seems! wow, fast reactions
