    I have a couple of plugins that send out emails (such as abandoned carts to customers and order summary details to admin email address daily) these emails have stopped firing after updating to version 5.xx from 4.07 (current version 5.0.4 has the same problem)

    All other emails such as woocommerce order notifications, stock notifications etc.. are unaffected

    Disabling the plugin OR reverting back to 4.0.7 resolves the problem and scheduled emails fire as expected.

    Please advise

    There are 2 plugins, I’ve raised the issue via support and still waiting for someone to login to my site to verify… its bleeding obvious to see when you login and do the test by enabling/disabling SG optimiser… it’s not the plugins sending the emails that is the problem, its SG optimizers interaction with cron.

    The 2 plugins are “recover abandon cart” and “export orders pro” although there may be other sceduled tasks not being met that i am unaware of… as I said, disabling or reverting back to version 4.0.7 of SG optimizer allows these emails to fire properly.

    Just to confirm, this HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED… I am still having the same issue after installing 5.0.09

    Has there been any further development with resolving this bug? Version 5.0.10 does the same thing.

    There will be another release in January in which we will try to fix all reported problems with 3rd party plugins like yours.

    Please, email me at hristo.p [at] siteground.com with detailed instructions on how to recreate the issue on my end so we can trobleshoot this better and fix it in .11. So far we had only one case of such problem which was fixed in .10

    This has already been reported via support and a development environment was setup weeks ago… The domain is realmenswallets.com ..
