What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

DIVI Theme. Only other plugin activated is WP Mail SMTP as that is used to send the email.

I’m not sure what you mean? The issue is mentioned above. The only difference now, is that more plugins have been enabled but they were all disabled during testing, so I’m confident there is not a plugin conflict. I also tried a different SMTP server but had the exact same issue. I see a few errors relating to the change in ID. Are you able to assist with this issue or do I need to look elsewhere? Thanks.
