Version: 5.7.4 Crashing on iPad, Android and iPhone

Contact Form 7, version 5.7.4 works perfectly on a desktop, BUT when same form is executed on a mobile device on the SUCCESS/Thankyou page there is just a zero (0) top right. Rest of that page is blank. Please remove this stop code.
