    Hi.

First of all – thanks for a great plugin. After updating to Version 4.7.7?my site died with the following php error: WARNING: [pool www] server reached pm.max_children setting (5), consider raising it

I tried to raise it in the https://www.conf file, but still the site was slow and unresponsive – I then disabled the plugin and the site came back.

I’m running PHP 8.1 and had no issues with previous version. Hope you can use my feedback.

Thanks for your feedback and I’m sorry to hear that you have some issues with the update. Based on the error I’m not sure what might have caused the issue. Do you have this issue on every page in the admin or only on a specific page? Did you find any error logs related to the issue that might help us to know what might have caused this issue?

    Hi Stefan.

It was the whole site that went down – As soon as I removed the 4.7.7 release it came back up. I know it’s a weak description. But the only change before the site went down was the update – And restart of PHP and nginx didn’t solve the issue, but as soon as i removed 4.7.7. it came back up.

Do you know from what version you did update the plugin?
Do you have a separate server (test/development) where you can debug some things?
Maybe you can send me a ping at [email protected] so we can take if further from there.
We did no hear about similar issues, so at this moment we don’t have an idea which part of the software might cause the issue.

IT looks like it was another problem. I re enabled the plugin with no problems.

I still don’t know why and what happened
