I am using WooCommerce v.9.3.1 With custom Astra theme and WordPress v.6.2.2.

Once I update the plugin to v. 4.10.53, when the user clicks on the shopping cart icon, a side modal with the content of the cart is displayed, but the content is empty. So, you can’t see what is in the cart (although there are items in the cart) and also the buttons at the end of the modal “Back to the store” and “Check in” are not displayed as well.

    Hi @chamkoriyski

We are so sorry for any inconvenience.

We are aware of this issue and we will release a new version within a couple of hours to resolve this.

    Regards

I’ve just installed to new update, but the Shopping Cart still doesn’t work properly. When you add a product to the cart, a sidebar slides into view, but its empty. When you click on the shopping cart icon, there should be a mini-cart, but that is also empty.

When I disable the plugin, everything works perfectly fine.

I use the Shoptimizer theme from Commercegurus.

@chamkoriyski @supervinnie41 Please navigate to your WP Dashboard -> Premium Addons -> Widgets & Addons tab, then uncheck “Use Custom Template” option below “Mini Cart” widget and let me know if it did the trick.

    Thanks for your understanding ??

    Hi @leap13 !

It seems that I do not have “Mini Cart” widget and maybe my problem is a bit different, but if I upgrade to version above 4.10.52, my cart is empty. Below is the normal behavior of the cart when the user click on it:

You can see there are 3 products in the cart. When I upgrade the plugin to version above 4.10.52 I am getting this:

Somehow, the screenshots are not displayed. How can I post an image here? I can’t upload it from my computer. The image block ask me for URL.

The last version is 4.10.54. Please update your version to it. Here’s a screenshot showing the option you need to disable. You can disable the Mini Cart widget itself if you are using one from a different plugin

    Hi @leap13 ,

Thanks for your explanation and the patch. For me it is working once uncheck the option “Use Custom Template”

    Yuriy

I’d like to report that this solution fixed the problem for me. My regular mini-cart is back and the sliding-out sidebar is also filled with products again.

    Thank you.
