• Hi there,
After LearnPress update from 4.1.4 to 4.1.5 some of my other plug-ins using rest api stopped working if the user is not logged in to my site.

I got 503 Service Unavailable error on api request.

A quick investigation by disabling/enabling all plug-ins led me to LearnPress.

You can confirm that by adding /?rest_route=/ after domain name in URL address bar.

Rollback to 4.1.4 solves the problem.

But to be honest: on the clean WordPress installation just with LearnPress 4.1.5 and some minor plug-ins this problem not exist. What could be the reason of that? I’m also using Eduma theme if that matters.

    Hi,

If you using our premium Eduma theme please create a ticket on our support system, our developer will check for you. This forum only supports for LearnPress plugin isn’t the theme.

    Thanks

My support license for Eduma theme expired 2 years ago and I can’t create new support ticket there.

I still believe it’s LearnPress problem since it occurs only in newest version of plugin. I can revert it back to 4.1.4 or even disable since I don’t have any courses now but I think it’s in your interest to solve it. For the sake of future customers.

It was working for last 2 years and now it’s not with LearnPress 4.1.5 version.

    Hi,

I think have the issue on your site is not related to our plugin, you can check on our site, the API still works with the LearnPress 4.1.5

Well then, I will stay with 4.1.4 and keep this problem unsolved. Thanks!
