Version 4.0.1 is not sending form data

    Hi,
    we’ve experienced that form data is not sent while it is recoreded in Google Analytics like this:
    DOMAIN/POST_URL/?__fluent_form_embded_post_id=4497&_fluentform_17_fluentformnonce=75661048d0&_wp_http_referer=/POST_URL/?&names[first_name]
