What theme are you using? Those images are in classic editor posts (with shortcodes)? Any PHP warnings in the error log?

Fortuna theme, no php errors. I can give you access so you can see.

    and???

    Sorry, @wordpress_fan1, I do have a day job ??

Backend access is not allowed here (for good reasons), so could please post a screenshot of an example post from the editor (HTML view if you are using the classic editor) and a link where I can see the resulting frontend output.

Since I remembered the previous thread, have you done some custom integration work with your theme? If some, some API functions have been deprecated (although other than printing a warning to the PHP log, the should work normally).

I want to send it directly to you but how?

You should have my email address from last time. If not, you can send me an email via the contact form on my website. (But please, no user credentials, just the screenshots and links.)

Ok my developer fixed it again, please in the next updates keep compatibility with previous versions, because this is crazy what is currently being done with your plugin, with no other plugin there are so many problems like with your after upgrade.

    (@pputzer)

@wordpress_fan1, what was the issue (so that the upgrade experience can be smoother next time)?

As for the “what is currently being done with [my] plugin” part, I’m not sure what you mean – this has been the first release in over a year. (It was also clearly tagged as a major release and with deprecation warnings in the changelog).

@wordpress_fan1, that was not sarcasm, I really am interested in the cause of the issue you experienced.

I can give you email address to my developer and he should explain you everything.

    (@pputzer)

    Sure, that’s fine.

@wordpress_fan1 Can you send me that contact information please? (Or have him contact me via the contact form on my site, that would work as well.)

    I’ve just sent

    Hi,

with version 4.0.1 i had text under the images in my posts: Foto: Shutterstock

    and this was ok

but with version 4.0.2: Images courtesy of Shutterstock

and i couldn’t change it in admin panel so i had go back to 4.0.1
i’ll wait for the next update.

The best option will be you if you provide pro paid version and you can fix it directly without developer.
