version 3.01 updated buttons missing

Yes Line 1 :

Makes the anchor go inline. That shouldn’t happen. So either change that line, add a line not to include maxbuttons in that ( we now have the universal class .maxbuttons for all buttons! ) or make all the buttons use !important setting under the ‘use important’ setting.

Thank you for the quick response. I’ve been through the buttons in one widget and set them all to important. They now display correctly again. Many thanks, very happy now. I’ll go and finish the rest now.

I reactivated the plugin and the buttons reappeared but the style is off. Instead of the green button that turn blue when you hover over, it’s a white button with faint text. I cleared the cache on the server too. Now what?

I decided to go back to version 1.37 is everything works again.

I don’t know. It’s possible that minor things change but not too much and certainly not colors. Did you check your theme if that was interfering with the buttons? Do you have a correct wp_footer call in your theme? It’s quite hard to tell what’s wrong when I don’t know the site.

My maxbuttons have disappeared from my WordPress file and now do not show up

What exactly happened? Do you see any error message? Do you see the Maxbuttons menu?

No error messages. Nothing. In fact the button that I had previously created in the plugin disappeared. Shows no button there at all.

But you see the plugin right? How did you do the update, via the WordPress updater?

You can try, as said earlier, to deactive – active the plugin and see if your buttons come back ( assuming you had buttons in the previous version of the plugin ).

If you don’t see the ‘Maxbuttons’ in the menu list as all, look in the top for some error in red, if any.

Yes, I see the plugin. Yes, I updated via WordPress updater.

I did “Deactivate Maxbuttons, Then “Activated” it again.

And Presto it worked.

Straight buttons? Can you describe what you did and what exactly is not working? Do you get any errors?
