    Emailed developers twice, no response ?? Two local parish council sites have both gone down since version 3.0 came out.

    Unable to get the new version3 to work, even with new codes. Just doesn’t display within this theme. Anyone else had issues?

    Hi,

    We haven’t received any mail from you. Did you contact us by the form on our website? We checked the form entries but not sure why one from you. We always reply every mail.

    Did you change to use new shortcodes? If yes, then please change to use different id and other attribute to test your shortcode.

    If your BSK PDF Manager updated from an old version then please try to deactivate the plugin and re-activate it again to see if it fix the issue.

    DO NOT UNINSTALL, otherwise you’ll lose data.

    If you are use our Pro version then please tell us username in our website and we’ll contact you.

    I submitted 3 forms via your website, none responded to. I have liaised with you in the past and found you quick, so was surprised no action this time (when I needed it).

    I continue to have issues. Two sites (both running Avada) fail to operate using original or updated shortcodes. I had to restore 2.9.4 and disable auto-updates to avoid problems.

    *NOTE: I have three other sites using v3.0 with no problem, but they are not using Avada. They are using Flatsome and it’s fine.

    Please do not update to version 3.0 and ask help from us. As your issue must caused by other thing.
