Version 3.7 New Order Admin Email Notification not fire

Hello,
Woo Version 3.7 “new order admin email confirmation” not trigger. Woo version 3.7 has on my two websites and same issue. I installed wp email log plugin and create few of dummy orders.
When I checked email log carefully none of email trigger for new order admin notification. I immediately down grade to 3.6 from my backup then “new order admin email confirmation” working.
I am asking about solution I want to stay with update version.

Hi @zainmirza,
A few users who have run into this issue have been able to fix it by editing the New Order emails. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Email and click on the New Order email. In the Additional Content box, remove the arms raised emoji and save your settings.
Let me know if removing that and saving your changes doesn’t fix the trouble.
