• It has already saved my butt once.

I had to restore a WordPress website on my (rented) server and the backups produced went right back into place without any issue. Restores are not automated, but all of the pieces were there to put things back with.

On the server I unzipped the files from the backup into place. In cpanel under MySQL databases, I wiped the original database and recreated an empty database, and then in MySQL Workbench on my home machine I accessed the database server remotely, logged into the correct database, and uploaded the sql script for the backup. It all worked perfectly. I probably could have used PhpMyAdmin to upload the sql backup script but I did not test it.

    Thank you!
