Version 3.4.1 UpdraftPlus Conflict

This might have happened prior to 3.4.1, but it seems with the child plugin activated UpdraftPlus is hidden on the plugins page and no backups are created. I don’t have the MainWP UpdraftPlus extension activated on main site either, so I’m not sure what is causing it to hide, when this plugin is active. Any ideas?
Update: My last backup was run March 15th. Yikes!

Reinstalled the extension and found where to stop hiding the plugin on the sites. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction ??
