Version 3.17.0 Breaks Image Uploading

Version 3.17.0 break the image uploading field. I reverted back to the previous version and that works correctly. Return Format: Image URL, Library: Uploaded to Post, And I’ve chosen: Hide From Library. Before the update the images would be uploaded and a thumbnail would appear in the form. With the update, no image appears and all of the image fields are displayed, i.e., alt, title, etc. Other than that it’s a great plugin.
