I understand that you have an issue with the shopping cart.
I want to inform you that this is a known bug that our developers are currently working on resolving as soon as possible. It mainly concerns third-party themes. A fix is ready to be deployed in the next couple of days as you’ve noticed already, which should resolve this issue and any related issues with using the widget properly. My apologies for this experience, and I thank you for your understanding as well as your patience while our developers release the fix very soon.
As a workaround in the meanwhile, you can try to use the Hello Theme built by Elementor as an alternative until the fix is out in the upcoming few days, or rollback to Elementor Version 3.11.7 as seen in the below link.
