    Hi,

We’ll need some help to replicate the issues you are having. Can you keep a site or a page somewhere where we can see this happening? That would help us for the debug. And we’ll definitely fix it ASAP ?? Thank you.

    Hallo

Don’t know if the information below will help to pinpoint the problem ..

I have two sites that use the free version of Meow Lightbox plugin. Both use the same theme. One works perfectly, but the other has the same issue as mentioned in this thread.

The only difference that I could find when inspecting the sites in Firefox’s Inspector/Console, was the following two warnings on the site where Meow Lightbox doesn’t work:

Content Security Policy: The page's settings blocked the loading of a resource at https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/8ce4c7f231d6466b1191e0f71c60eaa0?s=26&d=mm&r=g ("img-src").

    GEThttps://africantimberagents.co.za/pallet-sizes/generic-pallet-types/null
    [HTTP/2 404 Not Found 713ms]

Here is the link to the site where the lightbox is not working.

    Hi,
Unfortunately I don’t have a staging environment for photo.m-j-s.net (really should have, this is not the first time a plugin update created problems). The theme is based on the old twentytwelve.
@jordy: if we agree on a date/time, I can temporarily – for an hour or so – update to 3.1.2 than revert back.
I added Meow Lightbox to another of my sites at https://phtn.nz/test/ – no problems here with Lightbox 3.1.2. Theme based on twentynineteen.
Additionally I updated https://phtn.net/corona/ to 3.1.2 – also without any problems. Theme here based on twentytwentyone.

Thanks for caring about this problem.

    Hello @n0ll @tigmewp @pihe45,

After some more testing, we’ve been able to reproduce the issue locally, and to work on a potential fix that we will release tomorrow ( JST ) in what should be version 3.1.3!

After you’ve updated please let us know if it really fixed your issue.

    Best regards,
    Thomas

    Hi Thomas,
As you are working on an update, can you also realize the default ZOOM OUT when using the maps? (12-14 times click to zoom out)

This was promised a couple of months ago…

    Hello @henny8,

If you are referring to the “default zoom level” setting, this is also in the pipes, I’m afraid that it won’t be released in 3.1.3 though, as we have to release this important fix asap.

    Best regards,
    Thomas

The problem seems to be solved with 3.1.3 for me.
Thank you for this update !

The 3.1.3 update also fixed the error on my site. Thank you for resolving this issue so quickly.
