Version 3.0.0 layout no good

Yes, I had similar problems. After I updated to Version 3, my layout significantly changed. I had to immediately restore the site from an old backup so that the layout was not affected.

@astreetweb @bh007 Sorry sir you face issues. Yes, we did a major update on our shortcode generator functionality also overall code improvement and added more features in the free version.

We don’t remove any layouts or features from the free version but we added new features like allow department so now can add multiple team shortcodes. Also in style tab added more controls for color and others.

We also migrate the previous shortcodes to fit the current shortcode. We tested different ways before release but yes, agree some servers maybe not migrate properly so this issue arises.

Solutions: After update version 3.0.0 if layouts break First deactive the plugin and active again.

After that, if need do this adjustment

For Layout4: If use Previous “Layout 4” now just go to edit the shortcode select Layout Type => Grid and Layout Style => Layout 2

Then from the Image style selected Rounded see https://prnt.sc/1zqum17

For Layout3: If use Previous “Layout 3” now just go to edit the shortcode select Layout Type => List and Layout Style => Layout 2

Then from the Image style selected Rounded see https://prnt.sc/1zqvuoa

I tried installing v 3.0.1. After install, got this error:

Warning: Use of undefined constant TEMPLATEPATH – assumed ‘TEMPLATEPATH’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/customer/www/domainname.com/public_html/wp-includes/template.php on line 706

After deactivating/reactivating plugin, the error message was gone. I set the layout to layout 3 rounded (was layout 4 originally) and the display was better. However, the detail page is still not right. I only shows photo, name, designation and no description.
