• Tested it with WP 4.1 and WP 4.2 beta 2, with and without other installed plugins, and with Twenty Twelve theme, and others.

If you have a page built before this latest update, all is well. But when you create a new page, set up your rows and columns, and at this time all is well as well, but once you press the update button to save the page, all the columns become individual rows, rendering the whole plugin pretty much useless.

Summary: With the latest update you cannot have columns…

I can confirm the fix. Tony, and the rest of the woorockets team, thank you, you guys really rock. I will be testing the page builder in depth tomorrow (getting late here…), and report here back if I find any other issues.

    Thanks again!

I forgot to mention for the rest of you that the fix does not come with a new version number. So early adopters of this version number (v.2.4.10) you will need to delete the plugin, download it again (which now contains the fix) and install it to your site.

Tony, I am sorry but it’s still breaking the columns if I do this.

    1. Create a row with 2 columns
    2. Place content in the 2 columns
    3. Press the Update button. Before, this was breaking the columns, BUT now everything is fine.
    4. Edit one of the columns, and check any of the column options (Large, Medium, Small, Extra Small), and now the columns break again…

Heading in the right direction, but not quite there yet… sorry.

I can provide video proof if you like…

Do we need to delete and re-install the plugin to get this bug resolved ?

I can confirm that deleting plugin and re-installing solved the issue.

    hi nick6352683,

Could you follow these below steps

    1. you deactivate the plugin without parsing data
    2. and then you delete the plugin
3 Finally you re-add the plugin and install it normally

    Sincerely,
    tony

    Hi Tony,

Sorry, but there is a major communication breakup here.

    – I am the one who reported how to delete the installed plugin and reinstall the newest version, so you repeated back to me to what I had already reported what to do.

    – Also, as I reported above that the original bug is now fixed, but the bug reappears when I edit a column option.

Because I had flagged this issue as solved prematurely, and because this is sort of a new bug I prepared video to make my point, and I’m going to do this in a new thread.

    Thank you.

    hi nick6352683,

Thank you for the feedback, I am reviewing your video on the above thread.

    Sincerely
    Tony
