Sorry, for the delay; today was a go-live date… I believe that I misreported my error log. I will attempt to recreate the error and get back with more relevant data.

We re-ran the debug and don’t get an error log related to the error, just the white screen… the url loaded is <placeholdered url>/admin.php?action=gmw_dismiss_notice&notice=upgrade&redirect=/wp-admin/post.php?post=11&action=edit
The fact that debug s running and yet not logging the error is strange enough, though this probably won’t aid you. We will simply avoid dismissing the admin notice for this current version.

This White screen of death happens every time I click on the Dismiss notice link.
I have tried maybe 5 times and with logging off and on inbetween.
No error codes, just a white screen

WordPress 4.2.2 med temat Twenty Eleven.
Google Maps Widget WordPress 2.40

So when pausing AdBlock in Chrome it works fine.

Can add a little more info to the discussion.
We appear to be getting the ‘white screen’ when we try and dismiss the alert on post or pages, and, for instance, not on the update screen.
As there is a redirect It suddenly occurred to me that the error might have something to do with exiting an unsaved page/post. Will keep an eye on the saved state of the document and advise if anything more becomes apparent.

PS – we are not running any ad blocking software… though we are developing on a HTTP Auth locked site.
