Version 2.0.4 causes the page editor Publish window to have missing options

    Thanks for reporting.

    This issue is now fixed.

    I am using the same plugin, Version 2.0.5 and the publish section only shows “Move To Trash” or “Publish”

    When I disable booklet, the normal options reappear.
