Version 2.0 release date?

I’m really looking forward to the following features:

1. Backup/Restore of Translation Files
2. Maintainance of Translation files by re-routed folder to provide an overwrite safe way

Especially, #2! It was said in the post listed above that it would be released on 01.01.2013, but that’s obviously not the case since it’s July 2013 now? When do you think this will be released?
